Gainwell provides Health and Human Services (HHS) and Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) to US State and Local organizations. These services delivered rely on the use of a common Platform and that is where ServiceNow (or \"NOW Platform\") play an integral part of this support effort. Accountable for the NOW Platform and integration of various systems to support HHS and MMIS activity. This includes the use of the following modules- Incident Management - Change Management - Problem Management - Service Asset and Configuration Management - Request Management - Knowledge Management Other areas of responsibility include working within the organization to transition legacy DXC and HMS based tools and move towards a Common Service Data Model and IT delivery Platform (ServiceNow). This includes integration with monitoring tools, discovery of assets, HR related systems and overall IT Service Management (ITSM) tracking of services delivered to our internal and external customers.
