Leadership responsibility for the organization within Gainwell performing outsourced Information Technology (IT) services and business process functions in support of the State of California’s Medicaid program, Medi-Cal. Responsible for client relationship, organizational leadership, delivery performance, quality assurance, and financial P&L performance- Engage with key members of the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to recommend and deliver innovative services and solutions that enable and progress the state of California’s mission and strategy (CalAIM) to advance and innovate the Medi-Cal program to address whole person care, social determinants of health, and disparities in care access and health outcomes.
