With experience in managing cloud infrastructure, automating processes, and developing software solutions, I thrive on creating efficient and innovative systems.Currently, I work at Capgemini, where I focus on:• Responsible for providing efficient and cost-effective Cloud Solution in Azure while migrating applications from On-Premises Datacenter to Azure Cloud (Like Application servers, Databases SQL/Oracle/Postegre to Azure Cloud)• Work closely with project stakeholders to establish Cloud migration roadmaps and priorities. Establish detailed Cloud migration project plans and execute against them.• Create best practice detailed migration plans utilizing work breakdown structure to establish critical path, agreed upon milestones/deliverables, and resource plans according to the cloud migration strategy.• Lead identification of risks, actions, and issues through proactive communication and collaboration with stakeholders and various teams• Experience in legacy application modernization and Cloud migrations• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirementsProvide Level 2 production support and manage incident resolution against established SLAs• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of issues, resolutions of the solution procedure• Maintain and update application configuration including user security as needed to meet the business requirements• Manage service requests to fulfil business and product support requests• Communicate planned/unplanned outages• Plan and ensure timely housekeeping and Infrastructure maintenance activities to support Application health• Create/update support procedures and ensure proper maintenance of standard operating procedure (SOP)• Prepare and provide operational and performance dashboards for KPI trending and reporting• Coach and oversee work and project coordination within the Applications Support team• Initiate and facilitate the ITIL processes: Incident Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management.
