Hands-on experience in collect, consolidate, maintain (CRUD), audit, and cleansing master data in various systems across regions in collaboration with the local and global functional experts, including mass changes in S/4 Hana.• Ensuring right first time including all pre-checks and evaluation of correct parametersadhering to the service level agreement.• Hands-on experience working with GXP fields, auditing and maintaining them.• Responsible for Product data life cycle management (PLM) tool called Moncton, actively checking all objects related to the material- BOM, PV, PIR, SL before retirement.• Biweekly cleansing of materials in retirement process, to ensure there is no active sales order, purchase req, PO and stock before the material is completely moved to inactive status.• Identifying and reporting maintenance related issues, analyzing root-cause and supporting business with master data solutions and special requests for CMO materials.• Auditing data in IDQ, managing master data discrepancies in Veeva, and working with the business to correct and prevent errors, ensuring records are synchronized, accurate, & complete.• Actively contributing to the further development of SOP and templates for data governance used for plant extension, master recipe creation scenarios.• Responsible for creation, maintenance, and discontinuation of master data, including the creation of materials and material master’s maintenance, production module (Master Recipes, Bill of Materials, Production Versions, Resources etc.), and quality module (Inspection Plans)• Providing training and guidance to cross-functional teams on material master processes and the impact of material master data across the various functions within the SAP system.
