Work with Organon’s Quality and Finance teams to support Outcomes Research (OR) researchers and - OR Data Analytics team- Manage the Outcomes Research Budget- Coordinate with Organon’s Procurement team to complete contract execution with various internal stakeholders- Address budgetary problems that impact active research projects - Manage the invoicing milestones and projections on contracts- Facilitate monthly meetings with researchers to review active projects - Effectively communicate with relevant audiences (scientific, patients, practitioners, payers, and other stakeholders) to complete payment milestones- Monitor the submission and processing of invoices- Document all Outcomes Research publications- Guide the team through financial system transitions - Advise the finance team on monthly spend and expected accruals- Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)- Accelerate and centralize the process for contract execution - Redesign team budget tracking
