Since spending a life gardening and blazing the Appalachian Trail is neither fiscally possible nor responsible, I’ve spent the past 20+ years as a skillful and strategic senior executive. A smart decision, no doubt, as I’ve gained rewarding experience as a leader in several industries, but primarily premium tobacco.Throughout my career, I’ve helped create and lead the sustainable growth of B2C and B2B companies, from start-ups to mid-cap public, moving teams seamlessly from vision and strategy to implementation and follow-through. Some prominent areas of focus have been centered on strengthening the customer experience throughout the value chain, enhancing profit margins and optimizing performance through technology, analytical models and process improvements.Working at an industry leader, Scandinavian Tobacco Group has both endorsed and fostered my perennial drive to improve. I’ve worked alongside the best over the last 10+ years, spearheading the acquisitions and mergers of companies and leading the charge in operations, marketing, IT, analytics, graphic design and merchandising. Scandinavian Tobacco Group is a large, market-shaping company, but our culture remains entrepreneurial and agile. I am challenged constantly. I challenge constantly.
