Interact in-person with homeowners on a day-to-day basis. Collect association fees & dues, and ensure that community regulations are followed. Assist in managing amenities, including pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, fitness center and concession stand. Attend board and committee meetings and communicate updates regularly.
