ABOUT SARAH JOHAL
I am an experienced policy analyst, strategic planner and project manager with a background in local government, public health, housing, community development and sport and recreation. I have strong analytical ability with both qualitative and quantitative evidence. Recently I have led the implementation of a high profile government initiative. This involved working with the sector and affected community groups to design and implement the programme to best meet the needs in each target area. In my role at Allen and Clarke I have undertaken projects for the Department of Building and Housing, Ministry of Transport and for The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners. My interests include the development of social capital and community resilence and the role of government and community sector organisations in supporting and developing these.
