Lead the Wellington Management Service Team consisting of one recruiter, one coordinator, two offshore candidate development resources, and six offshore candidate sourcing resources. Manage account budget, requisition coverage, posting and sourcing strategies, and hiring and training- Responsible for oversight of Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator work product, onboarding, and training and development- Spearheaded compensation reviews and market adjustments. Performed market analysis and due diligence ahead of presentations to HRRMs, Line Managers, and Global Compensation to right-size and market adjust compensation tiers and structures for domestic administrative, client facing (analyst, managers, unit leaders), and reporting (analysts and leads) populations. Compensation adjustments decreased attrition, increased quality of experienced hires, and aided in onboarding more diverse talent- Work closely with DE & I on hiring and retention efforts, particularly in historically low diversity roles and departments. Represent Talent Acquisition department at virtual job fairs, recruiting events, on-site mixers, and panels. Exceeded firm averages in diverse and female talent recruited- Worked with Legal and Compliance to build out Privates team over 14 months: three associates for Private Equity, Investment Products, and Deal Team; and two counsels for Private Markets team- Rebuilt a previously dissolved Market Data team: two US hires, two London hires, one Hong Kong hire- Scaled Global Investor Services (GIS) over two and half years: 10 US hires (two managers, eight analysts) in Boston, San Francisco, and New York; two EMEA hires (one analyst, one manager)- Business Expansions: Doubled the size of the LatAm team with four hires over 18 months; doubled the Canada team with three new hires in five months.
