Oversee and support all aspects of IT operations, service delivery, and IT infrastructure.• Hire, manage, train, mentor, assign, and prioritize work for a team of Service Delivery and Project Managers and oversee 120 resources in multiple information technology teams globally.• Develop, implement and maintain policies, processes, procedures, workflows for all ITSM functions.• Maintain constant communication and manage relationships with key stakeholders in customer environment and establish/maintain highest level of customer satisfaction.• Partner with the Client Executive to meet account objectives.• Manage short-term and long-range planning and budget development• Lead service improvement programs (SIPs) and continuous improvement programs (CIPs).
