I\'m a pensions enthusiast!I have a broad experience of corporate and trustee advice as well as experience in areas that are slightly off the beaten track. These days my key areas of professional interest are- Pensions redress - I enjoy the cross over between actuarial work and compliance. I\'m passionate about the importance of high quality redress calculations- Accounting for pension scheme liabilities - making sure that DB schemes are properly reflected in accounts makes me happy, whether I\'m preparing disclosure notes or auditing them- Advice to sponsors - There\'s an increasing asymmetry of knowledge between trustees and employer representatives which needs to be addressed I think employers should actively engage in the management of their schemes and need the right support to do so.
