My career at Gusto provides the opportunity to work cross-functionally within the organization. The ability to optimize communication and quickly adapt to new insights has allowed me to rapidly excel my personal development along with assisting in the expansion of the team as a whole. I am motivated by making a difference through my work and believe that success is measured in the amount of lives I am able to positively impact. In 2022, I raised over towards the Epilepsy Foundation in honor of my fiancé and plan to continue sharing awareness.
