At True IP Solutions, I help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) grow their business by adding reliable, U.S-based Hosted VoIP to their service lineup. My job is to make that process simple and profitable — from the first conversation through onboarding, demos, and long-term partnership.Every MSP is different, so I take the time to understand how they operate, what challenges they face, and what their clients actually need. From there, we build a plan that helps them offer better communication tools, earn recurring revenue, and deliver a seamless experience for their customers.What I Do• Manage and grow relationships within True IP’s MSP Partner Program• Work directly with owners, sales reps, and engineers to develop white-label VoIP opportunities• Coordinate demos, proposals, and onboarding for new partners• Follow through after every install to make sure partners and end users have what they need• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to build outreach campaigns that connect with MSP audiences• Maintain ongoing communication to help partners increase their MRR and expand into new verticalsWhat I’m Known For Clear, consistent communication Follow-up that actually happens Building long-term partnerships instead of one-time sales Bringing positive energy and accountability to every call and meetingAt the end of the day, my role is about helping MSPs win more business while giving them a VoIP solution they can stand behind.
