ABOUT SANKALP MISHRA

As a Team Lead Manager at Josh Talks, I oversee a team of eight counselors who provide guidance and support to UPSC aspirants. I joined Josh Talks as a founding team member of the UPSC segment, which aims to empower and inspire government job seekers through success stories and mentorship. I have more than two years of experience in business development, with a focus on sales process mapping, outbound sales, and inside sales management. I have contributed to the growth and revenue of both Josh Talks and BYJU\'S, where I worked as a Senior Business Development Associate and a Business Development Associate respectively. I have developed a deep understanding of diverse industries, especially in the field of education and government services. I hold a degree in Business Administration from the University of Lucknow, where I honed my skills in marketing, finance, and operations. I am passionate about learning new things and exploring new opportunities. I am looking for a challenging and rewarding role that will allow me to use my experience and expertise to help the organization achieve its goals and vision.
