Responsible for complete financial activities of managed properties, provide support as and when required and ensures that all the SOP’s, statutory compliance is in place. Ensure BI uploads are done by the hotels timely. Review hotel forecast report submitted by the hotels; if the variance is high as compared to last month’s submission then the same needs to be highlighted to Operations team. Submitted to Singapore office on or before 2nd of every month. Analysis and consolidation of various monthly financial reports like Hotel Performance Overview, Monthly Deck, True, L4L Hotel performance, Variance and Flow through etc. Conduct internal control evaluation (ICE) at all managed hotels on an annual basis to ensure adherence to hotel SOPs. Co-ordination of annual business plan to review, Consolidation, follow-up for required rectifications and ensure timely submissions as per 5 years plan 2022. Manage critical path calendar for Hotel Finance and implementation of SOPs for the hotel finance. Standardization of hotel accounting in terms of COA, SOP and USALI compliance. Deputation Responsibilities in absence of FC in Managed properties. Desktop Review of Performance overview, Monthly forecast, Trial Balance and Balance Sheet. Assist in the preparation of five-year projections, operational budgets and pre-opening budget for the upcoming hotels. Day to day resolution of various issue raised by FCs Following Account Receivable ageing related to various RHSA fees due with hotels
