Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client, Partners and all other stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Manage migration calls to ensure process compliance, deliverable completion, and escalations. Prepare installation documents which contain procedures and steps to install the appropriate rack, network devices, ancillary equipment, cabling, and port mapping. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to prioritize project requirements and deliverables. Coach and mentor team members on Project practices and principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams both internal and external to organization including engineering, field technicians, Data center techs and customer support to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. Participate in Go/No Go Calls. Manage escalations during migration calls.
