During my 30 years in the Automotive Industry I have covered different positions, managing vehicles prototyping, type-approval and production. I have been also responsible for the service readiness and leading training, technical, warranty and customer experience departments. I gained my experience moving through different countries and working with different manufacturers: first I have been dealing with Fiat products, then I spent about twenty years at General Motors, where I moved cross SAAB, Chevrolet and Opel brands. Finally I decided to make a very exciting experience at Tesla where I started as Service Manager, movinng as Country Service Manager Italy and currently I\'m covering the role of Regional Service Leader for the South Region, which includes Portugal, Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece and Turkey.
