ABOUT SANDRA DALESSANDRO

Foreign Languages Expert, I have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Mediation and Intercultural Communication and I am currently studiyng for a Master\'s Degree in Specialised Translation. During my University Career I had the chance to study Russian Language and Culture in the University of Moscow and St.Petersburg, Russia. I am currently working as part of the Community Team in Leaders First. My goals are to support customers and members worldwide, providing translation services in English and Italian, Sales Marketing, Events Coordinator and Social Media Marketing. I achieved my Customer Support Skills by working for 4 years in MSC Cruise Company. As a crew member on board, I have worked in environments where no single employee is responsible for success, but instead the team is. I am flexible and able to adapt to changes. Being always there for the guests and be able to switch between languages, always with a smile. Working on board, teach me the conflict resolution, as I know that the guests, crew member, or manager, aren\'t going to suddenly disappear without the issue being resolved. During my experience as Export Sales, I learnt how to be a good Mediator between different cultures, the importance of Social Media for the establishment of a gloabal and international network.
