Main responsibilities- Project management of business transformation initiatives (Innovation and Process Automation)- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build, test, measure and drive results, including Engineering, BI, UX Design/Research, Marketing, Sales, Training, Operation, Implementation and Executive Leadership - Building of requirements and backlog, and continuously prioritize to ensure the pain points/opportunities are addressed in accordance, making the best use of the available resources through detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports- Maintenance and management of the product backlog by using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize existing projects, scope new projects, and communicate trade-offs between possible solutions- Conduction of project meetings; responsible for project tracking and analysis- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables- Properly dissemination of information on any problems or potential delays- Accurate documentation of projects in all different phases (Features, US, diagrams, technical manuals, flows etc) using different tools (Miro, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, SharePoint, Rally, JIRA etc)Achievements- Support in process automation, with significant reduction in attendance time, headcount and hidden factories. Improvement in the quality of information delivered, resulting in decrease of service tickets- Delivery of critical projects to strategical clients, using Agile methodology- Effective participation in the launch of a new product in the ADP portfolio to promote Integration between Payroll Data and Customer Accounts Payable
