ABOUT SANDRA ALDAZ

I am a highly self-motivated and open-minded individual with strong analytical and conceptual skills who works well even in ambiguous environments. My ability to take other people’s perspectives makes me an excellent communicator who takes a holistic view at the organizational context necessary to lead projects to success. I have experience in scouting innovative solutions and managing resulting global, cross-domain projects including workers’ council, legal, IT, procurement, market-ing, corporate communication & HR.I am looking for a job that allows me to analyze and solve problems in a human-centered way. As a project manager and product owner (scrum) with a background in corporate development and design thinking, I have managed projects and scrum teams in ambiguous, complex environments. My goal is to help companies make their processes more streamlined and efficient while finding the optimal balance between automation and the human element. I care deeply about creating a great user/ customer experience and want to work in a role that allows me to do so (be it internal users, e.g. in HR, or external customers).What is important to me: I want to become part of a strong team that works well together. With a clearly defined goal, I am happy to work autonomously. In order to build solutions that add real value for users, I will continuously seek feedback from them and involved stakeholders. I want to keep growing and learning and will readily take on any challenge I am given.
