I’m a dedicated sports leadership/management student passionate about creating inclusive, empowering environments for students and communities. With a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Sports and Health Management and currently pursuing a Master’s in Sport Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University, I bring a dynamic blend of experience in campus housing, youth sports programming, and event operations.My experience spans multiple departments at VCU—from Residential Life and Housing to Athletics and Fraternity & Sorority Life—where I’ve led teams, supported crisis response efforts, organized events, and helped build safe and engaging spaces for students. I’ve served as a Desk Assistant, Resident Assistant, and Leasing Professional, all while leading initiatives as the Virginia State Facilitator of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, and working with national and regional committees focused on collegiate development and engagement.At the core of my work is a commitment to access, equity, and student-centered support.
