I have over 15 years of IT experience with a cross-functional background. I am currently leading Product Development team within IDM Enterprise Group in Oracle. My team focuses on building next-gen multi-tenant multi-cloud service in Identity Access Governance leveraging skills into Cloud Infrastructure, Java, Python, Machine Learning, Oracle Database, Fusion Applications, Agile Development methodologies. At my previous role with Cloud Engineering team in Oracle, I was leading Cloud AppDev team. I was responsible for designing and implementing Application Development solutions on Oracle’s Gen2 Cloud Infrastructure. I have extensive experience on Cloud AppDev, App Modernization, App Migrations, DevOps, Mobility and Emerging Technologies. Prior to joining Oracle, I had performed different roles at product and service organizations focusing on building applications/products for web and mobile interfaces. I have over 5+ years of experience managing high performing teams of 10-30 engineers and mentor/coach them in achieving their professional aspirations. Led various innovation programs for the organization and built innovative/reusable industry solutions.
