Sam is an alumna of Lawrence Technological University (LTU), achieving a Dual Master\'s degree in Architecture with Distinction and Business Administration, with induction into the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society, in July 2019. She had previously earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture and BIM Certification in May 2016. Currently, she is actively pursuing her NCARB ARE 5.0 exams and anticipates their completion by the close of 2023. Presently, Sam is a self-employed Real Estate Investor through Waatti Enterprises, LLC, focused on the Greater Detroit Area. Simultaneously, she holds the position of Project Manager at NORR, LLC\'s Detroit branch, overseeing project management tasks, leading design development efforts, and ensuring the maintenance of CVS Health\'s building prototypes and other retail clients.
