I was responsible for leading people change initiatives within the Capital Delivery and Supply Chain Programme—a key component of Anglian Water’s Strategic Change Portfolio. The programme comprised 15 initiatives focused on process, system, reporting, and behavioural changes. I led my team and worked alongside a Programme Manager and several Project Managers to successfully deliver the programme, with a strong focus on improving business processes and embedding more efficient, future-ready ways of working.I currently lead a team of five and I am a member of the Enterprise Services Leadership Team, responsible for building organisational change capability to support delivery of our business strategy for AMP8. This includes contributing to strategic planning and cross-functional alignment of change efforts.Within the Commercial Operations Business Unit, I am leading five prioritised, business-wide change initiatives, while maintaining oversight of other ongoing changes within the unit and across the wider business. A core part of my role is supporting to streamline processes, reduce complexity, and ensure changes are strategically aligned and sustainable.In my role, I am responsible for driving engagement, shaping change strategies, and supporting smooth transitions to new ways of working—ensuring all change initiatives contribute to the organisation’s long-term goals.
