Programme Change Manager @Anglian Water Services

I started in July 2021 as a Programme Change Manager at Anglian water helping to lead the companies largest change and transformation programme – SAP (S/4HANA). This role involved:\\\\n• Driving the change and adoption – specifically leading the finance workstream\\\\n• Capturing over change impacts supporting the development of our intervention plans\\\\n• Building strong relationships within the programme and the business\\\\n• Co-ordinating events, working closely with the comms team to make sure we are delivering the right message to the right people at the right time\\\\n• Integrating PROSCI change management ways of working to support delivery of this change\\\\n• Working with the change team to ensure people engagement and supporting the realisation of benefits\\\\n• Creating the programme visions, principles, pillars and commitments to the business\\\\nWhilst at Anglian Water I have worked alongside a team of change managers, taking the lead for delivery of the change within Finance, and managing our Business Leads through this change.\\\\n\\\\nAchievements:\\\\nI received my PROSCI Train the trainer qualification and helped establish and lead a social committee within the programme to support colleagues through this change and form better relationships. Led the change for Finance capturing their impacts and temporarily stepping in as scrum master to support wherever I can.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
