Selected by Serco NA as Program Manager within the designated leadership team for IBD-SS, a $600M program capture bid effort. PWS for IBD-SS was issued to potential bidders by PM Force Protection Systems (FPS) and PM Ground Sensors (GS) in April 2024. As Bid PM, was fully engaged in both the Technical Oral Presentation to PM FPS and the technical bid development and submission. • Lead presenter in the highly successful Technical Oral Presentation, which resulted in Serco being one of only three companies invited to submit written proposals for the IBD-SS program.• Assisted the technical proposal development effort and worked closely with Serco HR in aligning staffing requirements (~130 personnel in CENTCOM, EUCOM, and CONUS) for pending award and transition of IBD-SS from the incumbent to Serco NA.• IBD-SS Award announced in May 2025 and remained with the incumbent, with Serco NA proposal closely ranked 2nd.
