ABOUT SAM GREER

With a great deal of real-life exposure, extensive experience of stakeholder management, strategy and business development I enjoy delivering outcomes above expectations. Roles have included developing people through mentoring, large scale contract negotiation, high growth and business consulting. Providing opportunities for young people has become my passion, creating diverse future talent pipelines. Helping to build social value add into commercial bids, utilising STEM and Skills offerings with a realistic approach to delivery. Enabling extensive evidence of impact and leaving legacy from projects. As an authentic and confident influencer, I enjoy making new contacts, public speaking and working with energy. I like to challenge ‘the norm’ to find improvement. I say it, how I see it and I can\'t sit back and say nothing if I feel change is required. My approach is to get to the core issues quickly and effectively.
