Initially joining the Fairweather team as the Business Developer, my role was to provide professional business development and formal proposal preparation services for Fairweather, LLC and the Deadhorse Aviation Center.Growing into the role of Business Manager, my additional responsibilities include providing oversight and support for all office administrative duties, contract administration and compliance, request for proposal (RFP) preparation, event coordination, community involvement, marketing and business development in support of all Fairweather affiliated companies. I strive to assist in growing each business line, while fostering cohesiveness throughout the company, which operates within a constantly changing industry.
