ABOUT SAHIR JOHRI

Finance Operations & Transformation Lead (ACCA Fellow) with 20+ years’ experience across PE‑backed businesses, financial services, consumer, energy, and TMT. I design modern finance operating models and automate core processes (RTR, OTC, PTP, FP & A, Tax, Treasury) to accelerate close cycles and strengthen governance and controls. I have also served as Programme Lead for large‑scale ERP and EPM implementations, overseeing end‑to‑end design, build, testing, data migration, and cutover to ensure stable and compliant finance operations.Deep M&A experience building finance separation plans for both buyers and sellers in carve‑outs, including designing Day 1/Day 100 models, operating blueprints, and TSA exit pathways. I lead finance acquisition work—standing up the function, separating it from the seller, and fully integrating it into the buyer’s organisation. This includes ERP migrations, master data and transactional data separation, and implementing payment platforms and finance technology for the target environment.During my consulting career, I also worked as Interim CFO and Finance Director for several clients, leading reporting transformation, completing year‑end external audits, and establishing and optimising their finance functions.
