At Proactive Alexa, I lead the vision, strategy, and development of Content Sourcing and Experimentation Automation platforms, delivering personalized, multimodal experiences like sports scores, deal alerts, and artist / song recommendations to millions of Alexa customers across digital surfaces, including the Echo family of devices (e.g, Echo Show, Echo Dot), Fire TV, and the Alexa app. My products serve as developer platforms used by 30+ teams at Amazon, as well as external (e.g. Grubhub, Dominos) and enterprise developers (Smart Properties for Healthcare & Hospitality) to drive purchases, subscription signups (Prime, Audible etc.) and engagement across Alexa features.Leading Generative AI and ML initiatives, I collaborate closely with research scientists, UX, and Amazon teams to drive customer engagement by: 1) scaling personalized proactive content, 2) improving content quality, and 3) accelerating experimentation velocity for teams building multimodal Alexa experiences.Previously, as Director of Product & Business Development at PCI Energy Solutions, I transformed energy operations for 10% of North America’s power producers. Me and my team (20+) owned an enterprise software platform that optimized energy trading for Utilities with assets totaling 130 GW in generation capacity and automated $25B in annual settlements across U.S. wholesale energy markets (e.g, SPP, MISO, PJM). This empowered utilities and renewable leaders (e.g, NextEra, Acciona) to navigate FERC initiatives, strengthen grid reliability, and advance sustainable energy adoption, including battery and distributed resource integration.I’m passionate about creating products that truly delight customers and make a difference in their lives.
