Major Responsibilities 1. Oversee projects deliverables and control/manage customer engagement. Maintain all the project doc in Share Point (SDLC) repository.11. Liaison with project Business Partners to conduct UAT tests and seek Business Sign-Off.12. Work with Products team on a weekly basis to confirm the projects that will be slotted for a release.13. Deliver the project plan. Align with business team on timelines and quality requirements 14. Schedule Weekly Status call with Business and Development team. During this meeting; topics such as major achievements, project risks, pending items and learning’s will be discussed15. Organize meeting with business / technology teams to review the HLD and documents created by offshore team16. Schedule meetings with client business / technology & QA teams to understand the requirements and ensure IT, QA team approves and sign offs on the Business Requirement Doc.17. Work with Project Managers to allocate the onshore and offshore team needed to deliver the projects scheduled for releases in a calendar year.18. Conduct code reviews with client to ensure code is compliant with latest organization standards and policies.
