Sr. System Test Lead/Manager for Surround Vision based system for ADAS ECU 2. Responsible for Test Project Budget 3. Guiding team members to perform their tasks efficiently by identifying the areas of improvement (Skill Matrix) and helping the team in improving continuously (by identifying training needs). Support recruitment and group development activities (such as common test strategy for all near field projects) for efficiency improvement with test case reuse.
