I am an experienced audit and assurance professional with over 15 years of expertise, specialising in delivering high-quality, innovative, and independent audit and assurance services. Starting my career as a graduate at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Auckland, I now lead the office\'s Audit and Assurance team, driving audit quality and fostering innovation across all aspects of our practice.As a recognised leader within the Baker Tilly International network, I play a key role in shaping the network’s approach to audit and assurance standards. My contributions include serving on the Audit Methodology Steering Group, the Professional Standards Committee, and the Asia-Pacific Audit and Assurance Committee, where I focus on regional initiatives and the delivery of exceptional audit quality.I am a proud member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), holding a Certificate of Public Practice and a Qualified and Licensed Auditor status. As a Licensed Auditor, I oversee and deliver audit and assurance engagements for listed companies and FMC reporting entities operating under New Zealand’s Financial Markets Conduct Act.I manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including listed and non-listed entities, privately held businesses, and not-for-profit organisations. My international experience, including secondments with Baker Tilly International affiliate Pitcher Partners in Australia, enables me to provide tailored, high-quality audit and assurance services to meet clients’ specific needs.I am passionate about innovation in audit and assurance. At Baker Tilly Staples Rodway New Zealand, I am at the forefront of integrating advanced IT tools and generative AI technologies, reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence and cutting-edge service delivery.Beyond audit and assurance, I provide financial reporting and accounting consulting services to non-audit clients.
