Led the team of the Quality department effectively to implement and improve IATF16949 quality management systems to ensure that the plant is ready for the audit. Successfully implemented CAPA for the non-conformances identified in the IATF16949 audit. Created effective and easy-to-understand quality policies, standard operating procedures, final inspection work instructions, process audit check sheets, and emergency protocols to improve the plant’s QMS. Updated plant level and management level KPI and carried out corrective actions for out-of-target KPI. Being proficient in PolyWorks software, created inspection programs to measure parts and cockpits of Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. Measured cockpits by CMM FARO arm and created dimensional results as per control plan. Held weekly Reverse PFMEA meetings, updated PFMEA, and control plans regularly according to the process. Performed Gage R&R and process capability study on attribute and variable data. Recalibrated the measurement tools periodically being responsible for the metrology lab. Organized daily QRCI meetings with quality and production teams to quickly resolve quality issues on the assembly line and drove continuous improvement efforts to prevent the issues from recurring.
