ABOUT SABRINA PALACIOS

Being a proud USMC spouse for more than seventeen years has been an incredible adventure, one filled with travel, resilience, and the privilege of building lasting connections with military families around the world. Along the way, I discovered a passion for helping fellow military families navigate the many resources and programs available to support them.For the past twelve years, I have rolled up my sleeves and volunteered extensively, gaining hands-on experience that allows me to serve as a trusted bridge between the military community and the benefits they have earned. It is deeply rewarding work, and I truly feel like I am just getting started.Through my role with Hiring Our Heroes, I have the opportunity to help create meaningful career pathways for transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses. As a Program Manager, I collaborate with employers, community partners, and military installations to support workforce initiatives, bringing together event planning, strong time management, and teamwork to create impactful opportunities and fellowships for our military members. My involvement with the Society of American Military Engineers, S.A.M.E. further allows me to extend my passion for supporting the veteran community through board-level engagement. I remain committed to connecting people with the resources and programs that help them succeed, while fostering inclusive environments that encourage professional growth, collaboration, and community impact.
