About Sabrina Devito
I love building businesses and the challenge of creatively solving the problems that often accompany early stage companies. For me, the key ingredient to success always includes understanding customers to identify unique and compelling ways to reach them and address their problems. I am driven by the process of getting to know customers and energized by developing and delivering solutions that meet their needs in better ways. My 20+ year career journey gives me a unique perspective of a very traditional industry in banking and financial services filled with entrepreneurial experiences and talented people. I spent time at both early stage companies and at larger institutions where I took \"start-up\" assignments. My experiences span B2B roles where I hired and developed teams of experts to reach and manage strategic partners and B2C roles that required a deep understanding of target customers to deliver a differentiated brand. Best Egg bridges the best of all worlds for me—an early stage company, full of talented and driven people and the opportunity to help shape its strategy. I am passionate about its mission to find better ways to make money accessible to customers and its guiding principles: 1) the customer is our compass 2) deliver the most customer-relevant products and experiences 3) be tech forward, fast.
