Responsibilities:• Support initiatives that expand access to high-quality coaching, with particular dedication to the Ignite Initiative.• Mobilize ICF chapters and credentialed coaches to deliver time-bound pro bono coaching aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.• Connect local chapters, professional coaches, and target populations to ensure projects launch with a clear scope and sustain through completion.• Contribute to outreach efforts to engage stakeholders and participants.• Facilitate planning and execution of coaching projects.• Participate in monitoring and reporting, documenting coaching hours delivered, participant completion and satisfaction, and pre- and post-shifts in leadership behaviors and related indicators.• Demonstrate the multiplying effect of coaching, where individual growth strengthens teams and institutions and produces broader social benefits.
