SKILLS
ABOUT SABRINA SCHIESTL
I started my career in Human Resources and Organizational Development, working across HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, and enterprise HR transformation. This foundation shaped how I think about systems: not just as tools or processes, but as ways to enable people, learning, and performance at scale. Over time, my focus evolved into the intersection of Customer Enablement, Learning Systems, and Knowledge Operations, where I now design and scale structured knowledge and learning ecosystems that support customers, internal teams, and go-to-market organizations. In SaaS and HR Tech environments, I’ve led global transformation initiatives building and scaling learning infrastructure, enablement functions, and knowledge platforms that replace fragmented, expert-driven delivery with scalable, self-service systems. At Radancy, I built and scaled global enablement ecosystems including a digital academy and centralized knowledge base, enabling tens of thousands of monthly users to learn, adopt, and self-serve complex products more effectively. This included leading LMS transformations, designing role-based learning journeys, and establishing repeatable GTM enablement frameworks across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. A consistent theme in my work is transforming organizations from manual and reactive enablement models into structured, data-driven, and scalable knowledge systems that improve adoption, reduce complexity, and increase speed-to-value. I’m especially interested in how HR thinking (skills, capability building, organizational design) and modern knowledge systems (AI, LMS, self-service platforms) converge into what is increasingly becoming Knowledge Operations (KnowOps). Before fully focusing on enablement and knowledge infrastructure, I led enterprise HR transformation programs, including SAP SuccessFactors implementations, leadership development initiatives, workforce analytics, and organizational change programs. Today, my focus is on building and scaling: Learning & Knowledge Infrastructure (Academies, Help Centers, LMS ecosystems) Enablement systems for Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams Scalable self-service and digital adoption models Knowledge operations that connect human learning with AI-enabled systems I’m particularly interested in organizations building at the intersection of learning, knowledge intelligence, and AI-native enablement platforms, where knowledge is treated as a core product capability.
