At Trapeze Group, our goal is to streamline and advance all aspects of transit agencies through technology so they can focus on what matters the most – providing the optimal transit experience for riders.As a New Product Initiative Product Manager at Trapeze Group my job is to take a great idea and bring it to life. I am currently working on an Incident Management platform custom-designed to support the transit industry. This platform will provide a single source of truth for incident management and will be utilized by two new Trapeze Products:1. The Safety Suite - Manage and track all your incidents, including importing from multiple other sources, and associate them with risks and impacts at your agencies. The suite will enable you to measure your performance against the plan your agency has defined and identify areas additional risk and potential improvement.2. Relationship Management - Some agencies are using our current customer-facing incident tracking system, named COM, and we are migrating it to the new incident management platform, gaining the workflow management and integrations it provides, and then looking at the possibilities for expanding this \"next generation\" of the COM product to support the needs of the transit industry to understand and connect with your riders.I\'d love to hear from you!
