As an Assistant Store Manager at Walmart Canada, I oversee the daily operations of the customer availability program, ensuring that the inventory, merchandising, and customer service standards are met. I also lead a team of associates, providing them with coaching, feedback, and recognition. I have a postgraduate degree in quality engineering from Lambton College, where I learned how to apply quality management principles and tools to improve processes, products, and services. I have also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma, ASNT NDT Level II and and HVAC, demonstrating my diverse skills and knowledge in quality assurance, testing, and engineering. Prior to joining Walmart Canada, I worked as a business development specialist at BYJU\'S, where I generated leads, conducted presentations, and closed deals with potential clients. I also gained experience in the HVAC field, working on various projects involving design, installation, machine operation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems. I am passionate about quality engineering and retail management, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
