Also gathering secondary user data such as CSAT scores and feedback from forms- Public sector work provided on a full User-Centric Product Design Lifecycle - Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live- Creating & editing various journey maps for multiple HMRC live services using Draw.io, Mural and Figma- Creating motion graphics, video animations and showreel videos using adobe after effects for Capgemini private sector projects- Providing mentorship, master class sessions and workshops to UX graduates, interns and colleagues- Communication with internal and external stakeholders on CRM’s such as JIRA, Slack and Trello. To collaborate with various teams inside Capgemini, a waterfall approach for an agile environment- Low/Hi Wire-framing using Figma, Mural and Illustrator. Prototyping using HMRC GDS kit, using Javascript, HMTL and CSS.
