Manage the creation of approximately square feet of friendly, fun and collaborative Googley workspaces, environments and amenities including cafes, libraries, spas and fitness/wellness centers with a focus on user workplace experience and workplace strategy through design. • Owner’s representative for large-scale projects; Manage design process, landlords, architects, engineers, local artists and other consultants. • Develop, create and manage the overall project process as it relates to budgeting, forecasting, schedules, RFP’s, LEED execution, value engineering, record management, fiscal management and final execution. • Collaborate with and coordinate all issues concerning IT, Security, AV & other internal user groups. • Manage annual capital planning process; forecasting annually, quarterly, and on a project-by-project basis. • Create company wide Best Practices, Methods and Processes. Oversee KPI regulation of projects.
