Day to day oversight of yard operations and overall management of tools, mechanic services and logistics- Utilize and update internal reporting within SAP to control equipment and inventory- Monitor, analyze and maintain appropriate utilization of owned and leased equipment- Manage accounts payable and ensure costs are allocated to the projects- Maintain relationships with regional and national vendors to acquire competitive pricing- Manage contracts for internal and external equipment that is deployed to jobsites- Monitor and maintain appropriate utilization of owned and leased equipment- Manage corporate fleet program- File quarterly International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) forms with the State of Michigan- File form 2290 Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax with the IRS.
