It taught me the importance of teamwork, collaboration, self-discipline, resiliency, and how to overcome adverse situations. Additionally, I learned the importance of winning and losing gracefully on individual and team levels. I continued to play football in college while attending classes and working full time. It showed me how to manage my time and balance my priorities. I was fortunate to have many role models throughout my career. One of my District Managers convinced me to advance as much as possible. Today, I love coaching, developing, and mentoring my leaders. I enjoy seeing them grow and continue to evolve and create their teams. The opportunities I had to be mentored by leaders with all different skill sets are what I attribute to my success. I’ve utilized and leveraged these skills throughout my career. They have made me the best version of myself as all my mentors beforehand. I strive to continue their traditions and be a leader devoted to mentoring, coaching, and training future leaders, keen on delivering business objectives through operational excellence. I have a sturdy foundation in multi-unit, driving for results through strong leadership and effective communication. I’m very focused on raising customer service through coaching and skills practice. When I’m not at work, I enjoy reading books on Leadership and Development, playing golf, spending time outdoors, and anything involving football.
