Passionate about Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration (DDR), Women, Peace, and Security (WPS), and restorative justice, I thrive in roles that blend tactical decision-making with strategic, values-driven leadership. My background includes extensive frontline experience, from firefighting with UK Fire & Rescue Services to advising on mine risk awareness with the United Nations, alongside robust academic training in Human Resources and Criminology as well as Russian as a Second Language.
