Lead, design and implement the Hygiene Promotion activities according to strategy, proposals, budgets and plans Manage and supervise Hygiene Promotion 3 staff and 31 volunteers, ensuring effective performance and engagement with stakeholders including Rohingya and host communities Enhance the quality of Hygiene Promotion activities by introducing new technologies, focusing on high-quality, evidence-based, and cost-effective methods, sharing resources and lesson plans with the team. Provide guidance, Facilitating workshops, and support to project teams in identifying, documenting, and disseminating best practices and lessons learned. Prepare and develop status reports as the Shelter/WASH Manager requires. Ensure that procurement, delivery and distribution of kits, materials and equipment are timely and according to procedures respecting the deadlines and ensuring the quality of the items Mentoring of WASH focal points in informal settlements and schools, ensuring they are able and engaged in preventing and responding to WASH emergencies and operating, maintaining WASH facilities and promoting hygiene and behavior messages including MHM Records targets and monitor behavioral changes on a regular basis through WASH committee reports and school committee follow up.
