About Ryan Egger
Here at Hammer Haag Steel, we’re a full-service steel fabricator. We specialize in taking projects from detailing, through pre-fabrication, fabrication, CNC machining, assembly, blast/paint (SSPC SP6, SSPC SP 10), as well as logistics, all in-house. Our goal is to be a true one stop shop – for our valued partners. Our throughput, depending on the type of fabrication, is around 650 tons per month. We have over 150 employees, we’re running two shifts, with over square feet of shop under the roof and 3+ acres of laydown area. There are 4 buildings at our facility, the first is the large fabrication and machine shop and then three additional buildings for blast, paint, and mechanical assembly. The paint building is wet coat application only and is 75’x22’x130’. The main building is over square feet, has 43’ under the hook for our cranes - it is 55’ high, 125’ wide and 1,100’ long single span. This allows for trial fit-up and assembly prior to shipping. The lifting capacity for the overhead cranes is 40 tons and we have a 75-ton mobile gantry crane. We run over hours of labor through the shop per week and more than tons per year in fabrication/machining. Let me know how we can help.
