Collaborate with engineers to define test requirements accurately- Maintain, calibrate, and apply instrumentation for tests- Fabricate custom transducers to meet testing needs- Work closely with mechanics to fabricate test fixtures and ensure proper test setup- Proficiently operate data acquisition systems such as MTS, Dewetron, MARS Labs systems, High Techniques- Skilled in operating test equipment including MTS hydraulic systems, UD shakers, Cleco and Atlas Copco Torque guns, MC900 Transient Recorder- Compile and maintain comprehensive test data documentation within company network and databases- Analyze test data and provide valuable insights- Prepare detailed end-of-test reports and summarize test results, offering informed recommendations
