I am a highly adaptable, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated person. I learn new things quickly and have can conceptualize from the micro to the macro. At the core of my professional journey is a passion for leading and transforming telecommunications operations and the customer experience. I am deeply committed to fostering collaborative environments where innovation thrives and teams are empowered to exceed expectations. I am a people person and a natural teacher. My guiding principle has been to help others be successful. I am dedicated, loyal, honest, and work to approach each task with integrity, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset. With extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge in areas such as project management, team leadership, and network optimization. My expertise includes overseeing complex projects alongside executive stakeholders. I am skilled in data visualization, KPI improvement, and have a proven track record of building synergy between cross-functional teams and vendors. I have had the privilege of initiating and leading numerous network and operations focused projects that have streamlined operations and driven company success. Notably, I established and led a proactive Network Health Team that optimized the transport network and led several initiatives to restore fiber infrastructure. My dedication to excellence has been recognized through many successful projects, including integrating offshore support organizations. Additionally, my commitment to community involvement is exemplified by my role as a campaign coordinator for a U.S. Senate campaign and my service on the Pickens County Elections Board.Looking ahead, my goal is to utilize my experience to improve and streamline operational processes and drive meaningful change and innovation where ever I am able.
