WORK HISTORY
Claro Eai Brasil @Claro Brasil
Sao Paulo, BR
As a Senior Solutions Architect, developer, and technical lead of the Privacy by Design (PBD) project, I created a robust platform using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Employing CoE techniques and Design Thinking, I defined the app architecture, configured the platform, and developed an application in Microsoft Power Apps to meet the specific needs of the project, establishing a solid and scalable infrastructure. I designed and implemented a dynamic and interactive solution for managing CLARO\'s privacy demands through a Kanban system, ensuring data security and compliance at each stage of the process. I ensured project delivery and quality by implementing continuous improvements based on user feedback after several rounds with key stakeholders. As a result, we provided efficient management of CLARO\'s Privacy Office demands, ushering in a new era of operational efficiency and agility.
